Our Historic Headquarters 1 2 3 4 Our historic headquarters building was built in 1859 as "The Pioneer Store". In 1997, we restored the building to its original look by demolishing all non-historic interior elements and rebuilding the exterior to match the original design. Additional remodeling and retrofitting included re-pointing of the grout in certain damaged areas, strengthening the roof diaphragm with ties and sheathing, and providing new bracing elements with foundations.
