The Marquardt Corporation developed a fully-functional 200,000 sq. ft. Production Facility in Sibiu, Romania including a production building, a 3-story office building, a warehouse and utility building including partial infrastructure (roads, parking, power supply, waste water treatment, communication, etc.). The Crosby Group’s responsibility for this project included Project Management with complete design services, and as Construction Manager for the entire construction phase of the project. The total construction cost is over 21,000,000 Euros. The first phase of the project started in February of 2006 and the last phase was completed in July of 2007.
