Crosby Group provided structural design services for this planned Performing Arts Complex at Evergreen Valley Community College. The Complex includes a new 2-story Fine Arts building as well as a 300-seat Theater, and a single-story classroom / lecture hall structure. This all-steel structural design includes steel moment frames which allowed flexibility during the overall design process.
Construction of the Complex is scheduled to be completed in 2009. The Performing Arts Complex will house most of the Visual and Performing Arts programs at Evergreen Valley Community College. This Complex will be located at the front entrance of the college and serve as a visual centerpiece.
