Police Department and City Hall Renovation

Crosby Group renovated and
expanded an existing office building to accommodate the City
of Belmont police department and various
City Hall services. This included seismic strengthening of
the building to achieve an "Immediate Occupancy" performance
level. Our design allowed the owner to limit impact to the
building personnel and operational systems as well as provide
more usable square footage for new functions. This design saved
our client nearly $2 million compared to the original scheme.
