Federal Federal : Eastern Sierra Inter-Agency Visitor Center   1  Crosby Group performed structural engineering for this 6,000 square foot wood-framed visitor center building located in the Inyo National Forest. This energy efficient building includes exhibit space, a bookstore, inventory preparation and storage areas, public restrooms, office area and foyer with information and permit counters. The structural system included wood roof framing with glulam beams on steel columns exposed to view and is designed for heavy snow loading.
