Ogden Municipal Center Seismic Retrofit   1  Crosby Group performed a complete seismic renovation of this historic landmark building. This circa 1930's structure is a non-ductile concrete structure with brick cladding. Extensive non-linear modeling of the existing concrete structure was used to determine the building capacity. This allowed the design team to fine-tune the retrofit requirements to meet the building performance goal. The construction was completed well within the city’s budget.
