Crosby Group performed complete seismic renovation of this historic downtown landmark building within the city's budget. The 1930's structure is a non-ductile concrete structure with brick cladding. Crosby Group determined the building's capacity by using a non-linear concrete program. This was compared to site demand to determine the proper retrofit scheme.
