Prisons/Jails : California State Prison, Coalinga   1  Crosby Group performed a site adapt of the new 2,200-bed Pleasant Valley State Prison which is comprised of minimum, medium and maximum security housing units, food services, central health facility, support services, a fire station, hazardous waste, a guard tower, visitor processing, and vocational education. This large multi-phased project was completed on time and within the budget.
