Crosby Group provided complete structural engineering
and construction support for this new community complex
that includes a library, administration building, reading
hall, auditorium, and parking facility. The administration
building and the 52,000 square foot library are two-story
structures while the auditorium is almost as high with a stage
and event seating areas. All buildings are connected by pedestrian
bridges. The one-story parking garage is a 59,500 square foot,
cast-in-place concrete underground structure.
