• UC Davis, Seismic Phase IV - $6M; Seismic retrofit of fully occupied existing telecommunications building, veterinary hospital, laboratories; under 3% changes; completed 2008.
• East Bay Municipal Utility District Administration Building - $8.4M; Seismic retrofit of existing 9-story occupied building; includes 24x7 emergency response center; 1% change orders; completed 2005.
• U.S. SouthCom Headquarters - $213M; Design Build of a 4-story campus in Miami-Doral, FL that is designed to be fully operational during a Category 5 Hurricane
• Berkeley Public Safety Building - $14M; First new concrete structure to be base isolated, insuring continued operations post a major seismic event.
• Caltrans District 4 Headquarters - $43M; Retrofit of existing 15 story fully occupied building; includes 24x7 traffic management center; ongoing.
• Level 3 Communications - Undisclosed $; Generator Power & Cooling Plant Expansion; ongoing design.
• Fremont Police Headquarters - $8.5M; Seismic retrofit of existing occupied building; includes 24x7 911 response center; ongoing design.
